    Will NEVER eat there again!: This place.. was once called Angie's Restaraunt, they literally just put a board with "Andy's" over where Angie's was.. the service is terrible, the food is poor and the value sucked! That's all I have to say about that. Thought it might have changed since we have eaten there last I find that very unlikely.
