I wish there were more companies around like this one. Twice they have given me a price and both times the actual price was less than what they quoted. My friend took his computer there to be repaired and it was like new in less than a week. Skip the "geeks" and support this neighborhood business. You won't be disappointed.

Terrible service. I went to this store specifically because I did not want to shop at the big box store - I wanted to shop at a local establishment in the hope that the customer service would be there strong point. The employees worked with me to design my new system and I took delivery when it was built. After I got home, I noticed that the LCD display they had sold me looked fuzzy (I use an LCD display all day at work and my new monitor at home never looked sharp to me). I contacted the store and was told to bring the monitor I just purchased back for inspection. The employee agreed that the monitor probably needed to be re-calibrated by the factory and I was told that I'd probably get the monitor back in about 3 weeks. I asked if they could simply swap this monitor for a new one on the shelf so I could continue to use my newly purchased system. The answer I got was a firm "NO". I explained that I purchased this new system from them just because of my expectation of better customer service. Again, I was told that they could not give me a new monitor off the shelf because, in doing so, they wouldn't be able to sell the monitor in stock and it would cost them money. After I explained that this was not a acceptable solution, the employee roughly handed me a lesser monitor from the store's stock and told me to use this until the repair could be completed. I asked about liability as I have two small children who, as children, are accident prone. I was told that I would absolutely be liable for any damage to the loaner display. I again told the employee that this was not acceptable. The response I got was a very gruff "Listen buddy, I told you that this was all I will do for you". Ultimately I was able to return the original monitor for a refund after the owner became aware of the situation. I returned to the store for my refund at which time the owner didn't speak a word to me, he simply processed my refund and dismissively handed me a receipt for the transaction. This store certainly can't match the big box stores on price, so their selling point has to be their excellent customer service. This local store does not live up to it's promise of better customer service.

Wow, they loaned you a monitor for free while the other one was being repaired? That's much better than anything Best Buy or Circuit City would do. By the way, it sounds like you just had the frequency or resolution of your output to the monitor set wrong. Both of these are often set incorrectly for a new monitor and either one will make an LCD display fuzzy.

I went in for a network card for my friend and they didn't have any new ones in stock. They offered me a used one from the repair shop and only charged me $5. I only had $3 in my wallet and when I went to use my credit card the guy said it wouldn't be worth it to him because of the fee. He said the $3 would be fine so I gave it to him and returned the next day with the other $2. AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Best Customer Service and Superior Value: This company is outstanding. My family and I have purchased multiple custom computers from these guys, and they are excellent. I have never had any problems with their machines, and they stand behind their product unlike large companies like Best Buy. What ever happened to a company gaurenteing their product or your money back? Best Buys answer was to make the customer pay an additional 15% that they called the extended warranty. Well, this place doesnt do that. You get the warranty included and it is even less expensive than Best Buy. No hassle with Geek Squad. Just bring it in and they will talk to you like a person.

    YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!
