User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible Cusotmer Service: Pembroke Pines Service dept Customer Service is the worst I've ever seen. Everyone you ask for help has an I don't care "Whatever Attitude". Only a few mins from my home and many times I've driven to VISTA BMW in Coconut Creek/Coral Springs for service.

Same here I live exceptionally close to the Pembroke Pines location and have often wondered what kind of oversight BMW Corporation has over their service centers. I kringe everytime I have to make an appointment with these people.
