User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChucks is a really nice place. The service was fast and pleasant. The food was very tasty and was resonably priced. Chuck's seemed to be a great atmosphere for either a family dinner, or a night out with the boys.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWhen the business first opened I think they put off alot of locals with some of the employees attitudes. Most of the servers were very short with customers. They didn't offer proper customer service at times so people went elsewhere and anyone familiar with Richmond knows there are a thousand different places to get something to eat. My wife and I gave Chucks a second chance a few months ago and really had a good experience. The service is a little better, but the food and beer was great. The portions are enormous. The beer is ice cold. They're never busy at all so usually the service is fast. I just hope they don't close because of some of their early mistakes. I like going there now.

Owner is a jerk, food isn't very good and is very overpriced. Go elsewhere if at all possible.
