Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

We had car side to go if you call waiting in your car for 15 min and no one comes out, then I went into the bar and was ignored for another 10 min btw the place was empty. After I receive the food and get home half the order was missing and what food we had was burnt. Never will go to the belton location again.

Slow: The kitchen is slow, and has been every time I have gone. The thing that topped it off was when we went (my sister wanted to go for her birthday) the TV above us was turned to something rather graphic. While the waitress changed it when we asked it was not appropriate for a family establishment.

Service was Poor: My first trip to the Applebee's resturant in Belton will be my last. The service was poor I had to ask for more coffe more than once to start with. When the food came it is cold and the steaks we not cook at all like we ask. The vegetables also were cold. We were there for a group dinner for a Birthday Party and spent a large sum of money. I was so disapointed with everything that evening. I have been to other Applebees in the past and had great service,but the one in Belton needs some serious work on there service and food preperation.
