    Hub and I moved out from Hollywood, CA and basically laughed when we thought of eating sushi so far away from the ocean, BUT WE WERE WRONG! This place has really fresh fish, great prices and have this cool "Benihana" type area for those who like their food cooked. :) The employees are very friendly and attentive. It was nice!! We plan to make it back there often!

    After moving to Castle Rock from San Francisco, we were certain we'd never find a good sushi restaurant again. Wrong! Mt. Fuji serves very fresh sushi and unique rolls. We always really enjoy it. I'm looking forward to having their hibachi next trip.

    I love this place, I eat here quite often, especially for lunch. I am surprised at the bad rating below me. You should try them again. Every restaurant has its bad days. The waitresses are very sweet ladies. My absolutel favorite thing here is the spicy crunch tuna roll, and they have wonderful vegetable tempura. And if you visit for dinner, you must try the plum wine, so good!!! Give them a try
