Washworks and Tanning Too

This is the only convenient laundromat in all of Warren and southern Saratoga counties, in regards to having other businesses nearby. Washworks isn't disgusting as another reviewer would have it, but is under new management. True, not the cleanest, but hardly filthy. The attendants are friendly and helpful. Most washers now work, tho' some dryers are still down.

The only truly bad things are that sometimes the laundromat uses too many washers/dryers to do drop-off wash, leaving walk-in customers high and dry, which can be frustrating to customers arriving by cab or being dropped off by friends or relations. The other negative is minor, but highly annoying, and that is that the attendant is allowed sole control of the TV remote, which means she can click through shows at will--frustrating customers who want to watch TV to pass the time, because you are watching a program and then the stinking employee decides she doesn't like it, and turns it to something else without caring about the PAYING customers not being able to finish watching the program! That sucks. The owner needs to crack down on that, it's EXTREMELY unprofessional. They are not there to watch television, they are there to WORK.

Don't do it!: This laundromat was probably the most discusting I have EVER been to. The place it's self is dirty and the washers are really discusting too. I needed to use the bathroom and I basically stood to go. It was filthy. Yes they offer coffee to the customers but it looked as if the coffee pot was never cleaned. Then I went to use the washers and only about 5 or 6 were actually in order. They were also about 30 years old. TIME TO UPGRADE! After I was done using the washers I went to the dryers. Only about 4 of those were working and one of them had a lighter stuck down in it!. Then I left for a short period to go check on my three children at my mother's I return to find my laundry had been removed from the dryer prematurely. My clothes now sat wet in a wire push baskett. So after about taking 4 hours to do my laundry I left knowing I would NEVER return here.
