Holiday Inn Manahawkin

Last month my wife and I drove from Sarasota, Florida to Manahawkin for a high school reunion, Quite please to see it was at a Holiday Inn, knowing their reputation for details.
We were fortunate to stay at a friends home while we were in the area and looked forward to the reunion at the hotel.
The reunion went well but the food was the worse food I have ever had in my life, prime beef is always makes for a pleasent meal when cooked correctly easy to cut into and tender to eat, not so at the Holiday Inn, couldn't cut the meat with a knife, it was so tough, carrots not cooked and cold. The desert although edible required a magnifing glass to see it. For the price, we had a far better meal at IHOP for a 1/3 of the price and the meal was much superior than what we got at the Holiday Inn.
I will say for the staff serving the meal at our table the service was excellent they did there best and were very pleasent and went out of there way to please the folks at our table.

To whom it may concern,
After a recent stay at your property, I find it necessary to compliment you on your fine staff. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. I would like to single out Theresa (guest service),
Jason (mgr on duty), Trisha & Amelia (restaurant), who all went above & beyond to accommodate us.
These individuals & others are a reflection of your great organization. Rest assured, everyone that I come in contact with will hear of this most pleasant experience.
