Which tells me that they did not do a proper inspection from getgo and now they want more money from my pocket for their stupid mistake and will not take any responsibility. I have a rat problem in my garage not solved yet because the guys won't even go into my crawl space to check where they could be coming in from. Spiders still there.Once you sign the contract you basically pay for them to come walk around your property and spray if you ask them to. Do not go for these rascals. It may be cheaper to set up traps on your own and get those guys outside homedepot to take care of the caught rats if you don't like to deal with it. -

Salesperson convinced us that if we are unsatisfied we can cancel the contract. Caught one rat, but I still see a few running around across my garage after 5 months. Tried to cancel the contract and they refused. DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR SALESPERSONS! They are liars, and for me, their service do not fix my problem.
I used to work for this company. When someone quit the service, the account manager blamed it on the technician. I spoke to the former client and said they quit because they didnt like management. This explains why the account manager has awards all over his walls. Lies to the corporate officers by blaming the lowly technician and puffiing himself up. During the summer, they hire Morman salesmen from Utah. They promise the customer services that are impossible to do. Many of those are illegal.
