    Our car battery died when we were in the Greenfield, Ma Home Depot parking lot during a snow storm on Dec. 20, 2008. A young employee, Dot, was very kind and received permission from her manager to jump start our car with hers. We are very grateful to her and wish to thank her again for being so kind and helpful.

    Selection was limited compared to larger stores. Some store clerks have very limited knowledge of products or location in the store.
