User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe office of Livesay & Myers is more for people with money if I must say. They charge 210 per hour so if you got that kind of money-sure go ahead and go for it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best decision I ever made!: Jim Livesay is the BEST military divorce attorney in the area. His knowledge and expertise on crucial issues in a military divorce surpasses all others. His foresight in preparing my divorce documents protected me when DFAS requested a Clarifying Order from the courts regarding my portion of the military retirement in which I was awarded in my Divorce Decree. Unaware that my ex-husband could claim disability once he retires and this would lower the amount I would receive from the retirement pay, he included language that guards against such action occurring. I began my proceedings with a military attorney. I'm grateful I took those documents to Mr. Livesay prior to filing for my divorce. Without his expertise, the outcome of my divorce settlement would have been disastrous. His knowledge and expertise came HIGHLY recommended by his colleagues and now his client. Whether you are the former spouse or military member...call Jim Livesay first. You want him on your side!!! He knows the law!!
