User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT: They bent over backwards to come to my house the same day I called. The locksmith even recommended another type of lock than the one I thought I needed and saved me over $75! I see his work van everywhere in town and recently found out he's been doing this for over 40 years. The secretary who answered the phone was even able to answer all my questions - she didn't just take my name and number. I will definitely use them again for my home security needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsPretty good service: I called this place and they were at my house on the same day. I think it's a little expensive for their service $80 plus the cost of the lock...my bill came to $135 for installing a lock. Absurd if you ask me, but it's adding security to your house. The only reason they are average is because of the price. Everything else is great.
