TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!
I mean I don't really expect much service from ihop, so I always order out ... and somehow this branch managed to screw that up as well!
The manager is not in the store for whatever reason ... the chef decided that "take out" means you can wait for 73 minutes, and the waitress assumed that somehow the food magically flew from the kitchen into my hands and I was just standing there because I enjoyed it! AVOID this rat hole at all possible costs!!!!

Manager Needs to Deal With Customers Compliants: Had a complaint about my server and asked to speak to the manger, the waitress asked the manager to speak to me. However, the manger never came to my table to inquire about my complaint so I never got the breakfast I ordered. When I went to the checkout and asked to speak to the manager he told me that he did not come to my table to speak to me because he had other things to do which was more important then talking to me. I asked him what could be more important then making a customer happy and taking care of any concerns and he said that he was busy and that I ate my meal and need to pay my bill and that he would not make no adjustments to my bill even thought I never got the full breakfast that I had requested and that he was to busy to talk to me. I have never had this type of problem before in a resturant usually when you have special food requirements and want to ask a question of have something cooked differnetly to meet your dietary need the mangment is usually more then happy to comply is at all possible not to just ignore you and tell you that everything else is more important then you and that needs as a paying customer does not warrant his time or engery.
