This place is definitely not worth going to. I have long hair and came in for a wash and dry. I had plans and wanted to have my hair super straight. I was told that it would be to much work to blow dry it straight and that it would simply be flat ironed. I was told to brush my own hair. The stylist, who was supposed to be doing my hair, sprayed me in the eyes with a spray that caused my eyes to water and burn for several hours. I was given a moist towel to wipe my eye with and that was it. I had to listen to other employees talk about me like I was not there with comments like "thank gosh she is not my client". My hair was finally done but not the way I had asked for it to be done. My hair was still wet in some sections and had bumps and several knots. They charged me $49.95 for this. I ended up going to the Regis Salon in Lake Wales, where my hair was trimmed, washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed for a total of $26.00. Do not waste your money here.
