User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe love eating at Texas Roadhouse. We've tried the one in Liberty, MO and Springfield, MO and are getting ready to head to Topeka, KS to try that one. Liberty has awesome servers that line dance throughout your dining experience. The hot rolls kept a coming! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable and we tried like hell to get the recipe for the chicken critters but no luck!! The grilled pork chops are WONDERFUL. The margaritas are out of this world. The Springfield, MO restaurant was great, but lacked the dancing and the server we had wasn't quite as friendly as we would have hoped for. We'd still go back, but the Liberty experience was the BEST one so far.
