I have just been ripped off as well. Their phones are out of service. No one to talk to. The backpack electric guitar I bought is a piece of garbage. Can't play it without fingers getting cut on the frets. I was careless in buying from an unknown. This business needs to be out of business. They did not even include an invoice or return policy. Do not buy from this business. They were polite and processed my order quickly but that's the only good thing I can say about them. They're crooks.

BEWARE: This business is a rip off!! I ordered a tuba from them and they sent the wrong brand tuba in addition to it being BADLY DAMAGED. Wow, what a co-incidence, they charged $185 dollars shipping (non-refundable according to them) for a $685 tuba. Their phones were out of order and they didn't respond to my emails when I tried to complain. Two days later I got an email stating they were "moving" and the phone lines were down. Did they offer a replacement or care about my delimma? NO!!! After the dispute I magnified the photos on the eBay ad and guess what? The photos were of the wrong brand tuba! Also guess what? The tubas they sell are poor quality knock offs. SCHILL, as it turns out is a knock off of the good tuba SCHILLER. They are bent on sticking the bill for their destroyed tuba on me, or innocent UPS. Don't think Paypal will come to your rescue. Greattunes will manipulate Paypal into demanding impossible requests for information, like making you file a police report which your local police department will not accept. In the end, the minimum you will lose is Paypal fees and a lot of headaches. Worst case, you lose everything. Stick with reputable dealers who have reasonable policies and normal shipping charges. And don't send any money orders or checks or you will kiss that goodbye (forever). I have filed a complaint with the IC3, the internet crime agency against greattunes. I am not alone in horror stories, they have a history. Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY. I hope they go to jail for fraud.
