User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMyself, my mother, my brother, and my brother-in-law all got a tattoo from Lucky 13 and I will never go anywhere else. They made sure I liked it in the spot before starting and they gave me warning when they were going over a spot that is more sensitive. I LOVE my tattoo, it is amazing, and my family are very happy with theirs as well. Oh and I wanted to add that the prices are GREAT!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIm from NYC and on a road trip my best friend and I searched dozens of tattoo parlors in VA and Lucky13 was the best one. Its extremely clean, the artist are very friendly and helpful,the prices are excellent, and the artist are talented. I had an idea of what i wanted 10 minutes later the arist returned with 3 different styles that he thought of which was totally cool. On my next weekend off im driving down for another Lucky13 tattoo.

Excellent shop for both tattooing and piercing. It's an extremely clean, and laid back shop where the piercers and tattoo artists are knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to many shops in Richmond and I found this to be my absolute favorite.
