Sams club: The Brooksville store has always had OUTSTANDING service when I have shopped there
Customer Alienation: It blows me away thay Sams is still in business. I have never experienced anything even remotely close to the negative attitude toward customers. When I used to go there, it was painfully obvious that it the attitude of the staff was that it was a privelege for me to spend my money there.
Do not even think about getting a SAMs club credit card. I was charged late fees twice after promptly paying what my statement reflected. It seems they do not process purchases in time to be current with current billing statements. They are extremely prompt in charging late fees which occur due to this problem. I.E. My last statement reflected a $4.22 balance which I paid. I had charged $102 the previous month. I was charged a $10.00 late fee which the wonderful telephone attendant (Gary) refused to remove. I hane cancelled my membership and STRONGLY advise others not to join or cancel their existing memberships.
