Bridal Details

i ordered my bridesmaid dresses months ago and of course they are not in yet.they were very improfessional.my bridesmaids and i have called about everyday trying to locate these dresses.everyday they say they'll be here tomorrow.it's so frustrating because the wedding is only in 3 weeks.which,it's one thing if the dresses are late but their rudeness is unacceptible.it's that they aren't even trying to locate them.my made of honor called and their response to her was that she don't have time for this right now and hung up on her.and this was the manager.we ordered 9 and of course we need to get them altered.i would never recommend going here.

I visited this place to try on dresses. I had a big group of people with me. The store workers were attentive but not overbearing. They let us try on as many dresses as we wanted. They have great service and trying on dresses there is a pleasant and fun experience. Even though I didn't end up buying from there, it was my second choice! (I found a better price at Madonna's Wedding Belle in Norfolk)

Great experience: First I had to call this store to check on sizes...I needed to try on dresses but told them that I wouldn't be buying the dress there since the rest of the party was getting dresses out of town...still they were friendly and efficient. Great hours. I went in after work. The consultants helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They looked up prices and were so nice. They measured me and filled out a sheet for the place I was going to order from. I was very pleased and definitely will go back!
