I had a refrigerator break down. They came the same day and had the part it needed. They fixed it the same day and I thought the price was fair for the great service I got. They came in the middle of the three hour window I had. The tech looked professional too, was in uniform, he was polite and cleaned up after himself. He thought it was funny when our dog tried to make off with his screwdriver. I would use them again.
My washer stopped spinning so I called them. They came out right away, but then told me that it was both the door latch and the computer and the repairs would be $400! This was Saturday, I called them Monday and told him I wanted to try to only replace the door latch and asked him how much it would cost. He told me he would call back. A week later, I called them back and was informed that the part was ordered. He called back a few days later and said the part would be in in a few days. That day I called a parts shop in S.L. who had the part. With a little internet search, I figured out how to replace it myself. I fixed it for $65 and a quick trip to SLC (it took me about 10 minutes) after waiting around for two weeks and my laundry was piling up quick. He told me that the part from him would be $120. Double the price of the part plus labor (about $200 total)? I understand they have to make money, but that was ridiculous! I was not impressed with how long it took them to respond and the over-charges. As a stay-at-home mom, I need to save money and time. This did not happen with them. Won't recommend them to ANYONE!
My dishwasher stopped cleaning the dishes. I hate washing dishes by hand so I called this company out and they came the same afternoon. The guy that came was very knowledgable and had the pump on his truck and fixed my dishwasher right away. The repair was a lot less than buying a new dishwasher. Awesome company. I will always use them for any applioance repair.

Our company left messages with Mrs. Ingram that were not returned. We can get things done very quickly when the customer returns our calls. What she failed to mention is that she lives on Hill Air Force base. Part of the cost of doing business in this post 9-11 world is sitting in the truck lane trying to get on the airforce base. This is usually a 20 or 30 minute process every time you enter the base. We have to stop the truck and security does a complete sweep of our work vans to make sure we are not terrorists trying to attack the base with a work van. We have to open the hood and all the doors, they take our license down and use mirrors to inspect under the vehicle. I understand that these are security measures, but our time is valuable too and when we have to spend that much time just to get to the call, of course it will not be as cheap as it would be if you lived off base. I just wish she would have called us back when we left messages for her so that she wouldn't have gotten so far backed up on laundry. The total repair for this job actually would have been about 150.00 plus tax, which isn't too unreasonable considering the time involved in just getting there.
