Excellent food...Warm and friendly service: After seeing PJR's on the afternoon news, my husband and I decided to give it a try.
We were blown away !!! The food is consistently delicious.
Our favorite is the BBQ Ribs dinner. We are talking REAL smoked BBQ that has been dry rubbed marinated and cooked outdoors behind the restaurant. The service is warm and friendly. This is the sort of place where the owner, cooks, and servers remember you when you come back. They also specialize is fresh fish and shrimp and a fantastic sweet potato pie. Everything is reasonably priced and the bonus is that if you eat in you will feel as though you are eating in an art gallery ! One of the owners Michelle Browder is an accomplished artist and the interior of the restuarant itself is a huge mural. Her framed art also adorns the walls and is for sale.

Outstanding Food - Slow Service: The food at PJR's is wonderful! However, be ready to take more than your lunch hour because it takes a while. Nonetheless, it's worth the wait.
