User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOur family tends to eat at NYPD several times a month. They use fresh ingredients and the pizzas are HUGE! They're delicious and with the friendly service you received, it's definitely worth going to! You can even order pizza by the slice, and they do delivery, too!

I'm from Chicago and it is funny to listen to all the comments about this place. If you have ever been to Chicago and had a Chicago Style pizza or been to New York and had a New York Style pizza you know what a good pizza tastes like. One person made a comment about going to Luigi's pizza, I mean seriously. This is a very good Pizza place and about as close to New York style as you can get. It's nice to actually have a good pizza outside a military post. And as for customer service I think they are polite, but would taste is more important to me then kindness.

I love their pizza but the staff is very rude. The people who answer the phone to take your order are probably of a 5th grade level. Their delivery time is horrible. They cant get a pizza out to you in less than 2 hours. I have only encountered one nice person out of all the people that work there. The rest are rude rude rude!!!
