We brought in our Altima to get the AC fixed. Everytime we left the dealership, the AC still didn't work correctly. And each time, Avondale Nissan told us to bring it back for more servicing. Each time, they told us that they couldn't duplicate the problem, which must mean that they didn't even look at it because it was obvious. After bringing it back the third time, we finally caved and bought another car, but not from them!
I just bought 2009 truck from this dealer and have to drive back for service when engine light pop up there was no GAS CAP on this truck and this new truck i found rust already when look at the bottom of it, then one week later i got bill from billing department said i owned them some moneny because wrong estimate on my trad in. This is the WORST experienced i never had before,I will never ever go back again, it's make me sick in the first time already.
Well, let's see, where to start.....this last oil change/service was the last straw for us. We bought our Murano there in '07, and have no problems with it. However, with all those #1 in customer service banners they got hanging in the maintenance reception area, you'd think they actually earned them. So far, of the umpteen oil changes we've done there, I've recovered two sockets, a dogbone wrench, and most recently, an oil drain plug that apparently didn't need to be tightened. "Wow, that's not good" was the comment over the phone when I asked how they planned on rectifying the situation. "We can tow it in and change the oil again", I'm thinking, um, I'll be danged if my car goes near this place again. From the pushy service advisors(they push the CVT transmission flush everytime we go in, not due for another 35K miles), who come across like underhanded car salesmen, to the complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction with those useless phone surveys. I'm really beginning to wonder if they didn't get those #1 banners just for opening the dealership. Needless to say, I'll not be going back, but to get the refund check for the oil change today. What a crock!! Oh yeah, the oil level was 5 quarts low when I caught the loose plug last night, and my wife and 6 week old daughter would be in the car in morning rush hour when the plug would've fell out and the engine froze....not good! Avoid this place for servicing unless you really feel lucky.
