When we decided to replace all our old 70s era windows, we hoped to find someone local right here in Junction City. Discount Windows came in with a really good price for decent quality windows. When all was done, we later discovered that the seals around the windows had shrunk and were not doing their job. What impressed me was the fact that someone came out and not only fixed the problem windows, but also scraped off each window and reapplied a better caulking. When it comes to businesses, I don't expect that always things will go perfectly, but what I like is when no matter what, a business makes it right. I would recommend these guys highly to anyone needing windows.

Dear Vick-

We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the misunderstanding that took place on March 3 2009. This was a horrible mistake and we are deeply sorry. As you know from our lengthy conversations we were extremely upset of the loss of our most sentimentally valued possession. After days of tuning this house upside down, talking to every pawn shop, the police and insurance company, we came to the only possible explanation. We did not go into this lightly, and spent everyday since it happened doing everthing in our power to find or have the ring returned to us. As we told you, we would contact you immediately if the ring was found. We also contacted yahoo to have the comment removed and are more then willing to replace it with the details of our door experience with your company which was great.
Your employees worked tirelessly from 9-6, they were exceptional and did a fantastic job installing the doors. They were professional, friendly and we felt comfortable enough to actually leave them alone in our home for a half hour to go pick up our car.
Again we are very sorry for this whole situation and will do whatever else you need us to, to make it right.

If you go in and they are busy, there is a reason.. these guys busted there but to find me 13 matching windows for my house.
I will probably never buy a window anywhere else.. Dan helped me the second time I bought about $2,300 worth of windows and actually spent $580. Oh Yeah ALL WITH SCREENS!

If you haven't tried these guys you are just paying way to much for your window and doors. Side note I found out they have trim a 10' piece for the same price as I pay for ea. Foot at Home Depot!

Keep up the good work and like I say it is worth waiting for 10 - 15 minutes for the Deal.
