    My husband and I went to Sushi Nabe on a Saturday night around 7:00 and were immediately greeted and seated. We ordered a sashimi platter, which was beyond excellent (very fresh, and generous cuts), a crunchy spicy tuna roll, and a dynamite roll. We also ordered a seaweed salad which was a bit small, but extremely tasty. The house salad was crisp and fresh, and surprisingly, was offered with a cold, shredded crab topping. Yum. The spicy crunchy tuna roll was a bit bland, but still worth it. We ended this dynamic dining experience with a sake sampler, which was about $10, and again, well worth it. We highly recommend this restaurant and will eat there again when we return to Chattanooga. Additionally, the price was VERY reasonable for the high grade of sushi we enjoyed.

    The sushi chef is truly an artist here, excellent food and the restuarant is an asset to the north shore!

    great sushi: Excellent sushi. The night I went they served a sushi/sashimi buffet with every assortment imaginable. Very good miso soup and Japanese fried pumpkin. Had I stayed another night in Chattanooga I would've gone back and enjoyed another night of great food. I can't wait until my next business trip to Chattanooga, Sushi Nabe is on my list of places to dine!
