I ran into the same situation. I advised them my company was going under due to the economy and that I needed them to assist me in disolving my business. They told me it would cost around $700 to do this. I then asked them if there was any other way. They informed me that I could do it myself through the State of Nevada for the $75 fee and send them a copy, but they would continue to bill me until they received confirmation of dissolution from the State. It's been a few years since I first started my business, but I do believe they were charging me extra fees and kept creating some reason for the fees. I wouldn't trust them at all. I have since found ways that I can do it myself...which is much cheaper and much easier.

A rip off from the word go. Double charges, charges after the business is closed because the business license is good through the end of the subscription year scam. Do not waste your time or money on this company. Save yourself the hassle and send me your money, at least I'll be honest and tell you I am not going to do a thing for you. They even wanted to charge me a $500 cancellation fee through the state of NV. $75 and a letter stating the corporation is closed canceled the company. Beware of Advantage Corp, they're going to take advantage of you every chance they can. If they rip you off, take them to your local small claims court, I am.
