User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been in Julia Grace salon couple days ago to get my nails done. Mellisa was seems very helpful. My very first experience with acrylic nails was terrible and it was years ago ( they were coming off). I decided to take my chances again. When Mellisa started to work I didnt feel comfortable with what she was doing, seemed very unexperienced so at the end it looked so so. On the second day after that, I begun to noticed, nailes started to come out from the sides badly and one of them right on the middle. I went to the salon and explained whats going on to Tabatha. She said that sometimes body adapting to new nails and this will cause of that. And besides that we just started to do gels. Well, you should of tell me about it before, what might happened. And I dont care like any other customer if you started it yesterday or a year ago, because I came to pay money for the great service and satisfaction you offering. And I was on my day off so I didnt do basicly a lot. I took my money back since I was very frustarated and unsatisfied with quality of service. Nobody said anything to me like we are sorry about that and even good bye. Although there was 3 person in the room employed by salon. It seemes great place but level of service and cleaneness could be better. I hope they will improve service to keep woman happy and make them come back.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went here after Cost Cutters really messed up my hair and I needed to get it fixed for an interview, not to mention it was just awful (I will be writing a review of them next!)
JoEllen really took care of me and made my experience absolutely incredible. As a member of the Princeton Club, it is also very convenient.
Stop giving those talentless chains your business, and see what its like to ACTUALLY like your hair... and for just a few bucks more!-

Julia Grace is the only salon I would go to. I have been going to Kirstin for about the past 2-3 years. She does an awesome job! She listens and does exactly what I want. Everytime I go to Julia Grace, I always feel welcomed and every stylist says hello. It is a relaxing atmosphere and I highly recommend it to anyone!
