User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI agree, we need another dry cleaners. I got one of my shirts back with a bunch of holes in it. The attendant try to blame it on me like we have some pest in our house that could have done it. If we do, why only one shirt? For her to say that, she obviously does not live in this neighborhood. This is not the "Ghetto" and for me to spend $40-$70 a week for dry cleaning, do you think I'll let my house infested with some pest? I dont think so.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe need new DRY CLEANERS: I am not satisfied with their service. They lost my half my dry cleaning. I wanted to file a claim, but they insisted for me to purchase the same type of clothing and they will reimburse. First of all It's hard for for me to find the right one. second, they will reimburse, but it is not enough. They lost my dry cleaning and I feel they do this to a lot of people. I've heard many complaints about them losing articles of clothing, but I have no choice to go to this one because it is just down the street from me.

When it comes to cleaners, it always reminds me of an "Seinfeld" episode, look it up hopefully that will make you laugh it off! But I do agree about needing another drycleaners in SoHi{Southern Highlands}, yes I came up with that nickname. My wife & I was turned on to this Mobile Dry cleaning company "Dikkies" and have been happy ever since! They pick up & drop off with a schedule that fits you and there prices undercuts Boston by at least half.. 702-372-5825 Good luck!
