DAMAGED MY WEDDING GOWN!!! I am very disappointed in Boston Cleaners services. They damaged my wedding gown, and told me two days before my wedding day, they replaced it with a dress that was a size biggar and had makeup stains and dirt stains on it, my old dress was altered and they offered to alter the replaced dress, they asked me to go to a persons house late at night to get it altered, …which i could not do. I was stuck with the dress they replaced, no one will buy it. Boston Cleaners will not answer my calls they said they did their part in replacing it. They were so unprofessional in the way they handled everything, the place was a mess and the manager never answered our calls. I went in tears to try to get my money back and they refused, they caused a lot of stress to me and my husband and because of this damage my wedding was not what i had dreamed of. I will never use your their services again.

Very Unprofessional Staff: I was a regular customer for several months and decided to switch to Fazio Cleaners because the staff at Boston's was unprofessional and several times they didn't have my clothes ready when they said they would be. I will not give them my busines again.
