I used to work with Dr. Dill and he is, and always will be, my favorite vet of all times! He is completely open and honest with everyone and I trust him completely for that. He also has wonderful tact when he has to give bad news. I've seen him come up with solutions that most would never think of. He is the best veterinarian you will find.
We love Dr. Dill and his staff. They always say how excited they are to see our dog when we call and make the appointments. The remember him by name and take such good care of him and always ask how he is doing. We are allowed to go back and be with our dog when he receives immunizations and Dr. Dill always talks us through everything!!!! We were so lucky to find him as our first vet!!!
Great Customer Service - Great Animal Doctor!: After losing a cat at Edgewood Animal Hospital some years ago
(a nursing female whose kittens were then orphaned) I have been
less trusting of Vets, but Dr. Dill has taken excellent care of my
animals this past year. I have had two cats spayed and had my old
Pomeranian dog's teeth cleaned. The staff were friendly, and
the place was very very clean. I also liked the way they let me
walk my dog back into the kennel area before her surgery so that
she would be less aprehensive about the doctor visit. So many
vets don't let people behind the scenes! I also liked that both
when I got my two kittens spayed and when I had my dog's teeth
done -- the doctor talked to me. Very friendly service, I thought.
Dr. Dill had been reccomended to me by a local friend, and I was glad
to have taken her advice and given him a chance.
For emergency after hour problems, there is a place in Tacoma
called Animal Emergency Clinic on Durango Street that is great (although VERY expensive.) Sadly, my animals seem to get into trouble at midnight on a Sunday. Oh well. For all other Vet needs I'll be seeing Dr. Dill!
