User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe used this agency to buy a house in Kalama. After moving in discovered all the illegal building code violations. Took sellers to small claims and the agent wouldn't go to court with us. The sellers also wouldn't allow a final walk through. Agent could have cared less, what a mess. Use another agency.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGet EVERYTHING in Writing!: These folks told our friends that they had their home sold and they needed to be out by a certain date because the new owners would be moving in the following day. After putting $ down on another place and giving away/storing all their belongings, several days before they were to move out Remax said..sorry the people couldn't get financing. Then said that they shouldn't have listened to what the agent said! What's wrong with this. Also, I called as an interested buyer, was told someone would call me back..that was several months ago..no call. I certainly would not list with them nor would I recommend anyone doing so.
