User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI have eaten there several times since they first opened. BBQ is ok. No hush puppies. Loaf bread . Not for me. Slaw, not that great and not enough.. I prefer Palmetto Pig in the Vista because its closeby. I have also been to Palmetto Pig in Chapin area. Its good, too. Palmetto Pig has best fried chicken, hush puppies, slaw, hash and rice in the area..

I've been to Hudson's twice and the customer service was extremely poor both times. I won't go back again.

As far as I can say, this restaurant has been a big disappointment to my family and myself. The side dishes are horrible and tasteless. If you like squash casserole, I do not recommend ordering it here, unless you like nacho cheese and squash mixed together. Disgusting! I do like choosing my own sauce for my barbeque, but the pork itself could be better. To say the least, I have tried this place a few times, unfortunately bad at every visit.
