User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I hired the Hudson's catering staff to feed us at our son's wedding rehearsal dinner and the entire process was handled very professionally. Everyone who ate was very satisfied and commented that all the food was excellent tasting and freshly prepared.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe eat at Hudsons at least once a month & have yet to be dissapointed. The chicken is moist & full of flavor, the BBQ pork is fantastic & the sides are usually very good, though some are out from time to time.

I have eaten there several times since they first opened. BBQ is ok. No hush puppies. Loaf bread . Not for me. Slaw, not that great and not enough.. I prefer Palmetto Pig in the Vista because its closeby. I have also been to Palmetto Pig in Chapin area. Its good, too. Palmetto Pig has best fried chicken, hush puppies, slaw, hash and rice in the area..
