Armed with a sawzall and a salsa recipe, they worked hard to open the original location at the end of a hallway at 1316 4th St. SE in Dinkytown (The building is between the Loring Pasta Bar and the Varsity Theater.)Two and half years later, die-hard Burrito Loco fans were thrilled when the business moved into the sports bar around the corner. Sixteen beers on tap, a full bar and a great patio made the transition easy.
