Very satisfied with the love and care , I live n Pa and was recommended for my 2 dogs to stay at Pet Palace, first time for my 2 doggies to be away from home, they were there for 3 nights ,,,I cried when I dropped them off, but was so satisfied when I picked them up, they made friends, looked great,,,the staff is very friendly and professional, they have 24 hour service which releives me, just knowing someone there is around in case a dog needs that extra petting, the staff new I was very nervous about leaving my dogs and they made me feel at ease ,you can monitor your dogs and call which releived me, as I stated before I live in Pensylvannia which is a 50minute drive , and with the comfort that my dogs received I cant wait for my next trip so I can leave my 2 little angels in there home away from home which is Pet Palace, thank you , and your staff

I can't say enough good things about Candi and crew - they love dogs, really like people, always have a smile and are the best groomers around. Reasonable prices, too! My dog is not an "easy" dog and she is still happy to see him everytime! He actually enjoys staying there when we go away. I moved 45 away and I still make the trek to her - she's that worth it!

BEST groomer around without a doubt!!!!!: Candi's Scissors & Suds II/ Pet Palace Inn is a one-stop shop. It's a convenient and fun place for your dog to go if you have to go away on vacation or if you need to take your dog to get groomed. Everytime I take my dog there Candi is always a pleasure and genuinely is concerned that the pets are safe and have a good time. Her prices are very reasonable and the service is unbeatable. I live in Oak Ridge and when I first moved into the area I had called up another pet shoppe that was very close to my house to have my dog groomed. The owner was very rude and said that I was taking up her time and made negative remarks about other groomers in the area. She said she is a better groomer than other groomers with 10 and 15 years experience because she has compassion for the animals. Well judging by her lack of compassion towards me there was no way on God's green earth I was going to bring my dog to this miserable women! I called up a couple of grooming shops and the only place that was able to fit me in was Candi's Scissors and Suds. They were swamped with dogs yet still found the time to talk to me and they made me feel at ease almost immediately! If I could give her a million stars I would!!!
