User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had a pair of slacks they had to hem because it came undone. The next time they were cleaned they were starting to come unraveled again. They refused to admit that it was their workmanship that caused it to need to be redone again as recently as the following cleaning. I had to pay twice to have the same pant leg hemmed.
