I love Japanese food. I'm from Georgia. I use to come to Anderson Friday Saturday & Sunday for shopping. Now I come for the food. The food @ Mishima is excellent much better than that other place (that has new owners) & the yellow sauce (shrimp sauce) you could eat it all day! The people there are are wonderful & know what they are doing. I've recomended mishima to several of my friends & we all agree that this is the best place around.

Let me preface this by saying I love Japanese food and will have either sushi or Hibachi at least once or twice a week. Mishima is nothing to write home about about decor-wise but it is clean (you should have seen the place when it was Pizza Hut. You could have filmed Saw V there), friendly, but most importantly good! They have the best takeout hibachi anywhere! I always go for the Shrimp and Scallops. If u are a student you get a 10% discount on Saturdays too. There are other discounts I think for Anmed employees, police officers, etc. as well as I recall.
