BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

We purchased a set of trakbites from this company's website, Attachm.com on 12/13/07. Company's representative, Del Anderson, assured me that these would fit on a Bobcat T200 Compact Track Loader. They indeed do not fit. We attempted to install them on two different machines and there is no way they would ever fit. I contacted Del requesting that he make shipping arrangements for us to return the trakbites for a refund. He suggested that we modify the trakbites by using a chopsaw and removing large amounts of material from each piece. This solution was discussed with our customer, who was not impressed with the idea of modifying the product. I contacted Del again, and several more times in the weeks to follow asking him to make return shipping arrangements. On 2/6/08, he refused to issue a refund and told me that I will have to hold onto the trakbites until he can find someone else to sell them to. I explained to him that I don't want them sitting in my inventory. They are of no use to us and I want to return them immediately and get our money back. Del again refused to accept a return and subsequently sent me the following e-mail:

"You are impossible, crazy guy, Im not refusing, a refund Im asking for some consideration, are you ok, or are you impossible, with all your venders, you know I asked you for pictures many times to prove your story, well I never got them, only some blurry mess that did not identify the machine or problem, either you Mr parts man, think your God or you are simply an ass, which is it, you want to involve, the better business bureau, go ahead I also will file against your company,and namely you,for your lack of cooperation, and consideration. Sorry but I have in 34 years of business never experienced such a jerk in an retail business, do you treat your customers the same, your friends, your family, I think you need to regroup, and look in a mirror, you got alot to be desired for improvement as a person. As for your purchase,
why dont you sell them to someone else,instead of complaining about them,as long as you are to lazy to get the pictures that are needed to evaluate your story, I considered helping you sell them to someone else, but you refuse, well if you send them to me Ill refuse receiving them,and theyll just come back to you, everyone here is aware of how much of a jerk you are already, nobody needs a customer like you, even when every business needs customers, one like you is to much like a pain in the ass, I heard about you from other venders, I thought it was them complaining, now I know it is you the trouble maker. So good luck Mr, have a good life,if you are smart enough to figure out how."

His refusal to cooperate and unprofessional behavior is what lead to this complaint. This company also requires money transfers for orders up-front, before any shipments are made. This is a billing practice that is unheard of in this industry and should have served as a red flag that we shouldn't do business with them in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AS WELL AS ATTACHM.COM OR ANY OTHER COMPANY SELLING TRAKBITES OR YUKON JACK BUCKETS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
