We ordered a special drink from the bar, and we told the waitress that we need drink with meal. The drink came out after we almost finished our meals and took a long time to check out.

#1: This place is fun for all, we moved out to the OC, but still take a drive down to LB to eat their the food is good the service is excellent, so is the staff in the kitchen, the food is served to perfection. The outdoor patio is our favorite spot...beach front. Say hi to Hector the cook.

I'll never be back to this location again!: Went for an early lunch to this location yesterda around 4pm. We were kind of leary because the only other time we went to this location was a couple of weeks before hand and we had a party of about 12. The service then was horrible, everytime we ordered drinks it took forever and the waitress was very unattentive. We chalked it up to a busy Friday night and us having a large party and that was that. We figured we would give it another shot since this time it was just me, my wife and 3year old. This time we were seated right away since it was not busy. Our order was taken promptly but that was the last of the good service. My wife order some Kiwi,Strawberry slush type drink fromt he bar and by the time she got it, all the ice had nearly melted. It took at least 15 minutes to get our salads and we figured since the salad took long the steaks would come before we finished the salads. Finished the salads and then had to wait another 10 minutes for the steaks. At that point it wasnt out waitress who brought them out. We had to wait another 5 minutes or so to tell her they did not bring my 3year olds Macn Cheese. She said she would go find out what happened. never comes back out to let us now, just shows up 10 min. later with the plate. I told her at that point we had already fed my daughter off our plates because she was hungry, and to take it back.

We are regulars at the Torrance Outback and they have always had wonderful service. The best waiter this Long Beach location has is James who used to work in Torrance. So if you must go to this location try to ask for James, if not good luck.

I have never written a review in my life but was so frustrated with the service I have recieved twice from this location.

Also it seems when it comes to salads and appetizers the portions are a little smaller at this location.
