User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING, FIRST OFF THEY HAD MY CAR THREE TIMES AND COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM WITH IT. THE LAST TIME IT WAS THERE THEY REPLACED A SEATBELT TENSIONER SAYING THIS WAS THE PROBLEM. WELL WRONNNNNGGGG!!! THE DAMN AIRBAG LIGHT CAME BACK ON, MY HUSBAND REACHED UNDER THE SEAT TO FEEL AROUND TO SEE IF SOMETHING WAS UNHOOKED, WELL HE FOUND A WIRE THAT WAS CRIMPED SO HE UNCRIMPED IT AND THE LIGHT WENT OFF, PROBLEM SOLVED. THEY ALSO DAMAGED OUR KICK PLATE AREA OF OUR CAR, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. AFTER ALL OF THIS THEY CHARGED US OVER 500.00! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK, OH AND THEY SAY THEY WASH YOUR CAR. WRONNNNGGGG AGAIN!! EVERYTIME IT CAME BACK DIRTY!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi use to have dealer service problems till i found out you can have the best technician work on your car every time.i asked my sales man who worked on his car. so i tried it.i have had wonderfull service since! every time i go in i request the same guy. try it you will be suprised.

I only go to Bob Smith for warranty work. My car has never ready when they say it will be. Even when they call to say that it's ready I have to wait at least 20-30 minutes before someone "brings it down" from whereever they keep it. This past week they kept my car for 5 days and, not only did they not fix the problem (radiator) I brought it in for, when I got the car back the driver side window wasn't working. Also, they claim to have washed my car. This was BS. The car was dirty and a bird used the hood for a bathroom. The service dept. is terrible. Only go there if it's for warranty work. Even then, if you have another BMW dealership that isn't too far away I would take your business there. This place is a rip off and they are totally disorganized.
