    Same day service: We were having an open house on Saturday during the rain and the carpets were tracking water and dirt, Big T's came over the same day at no additional charge and made the carpets like new...Sunday's open house was a success.

    Great Service and Clean carpets: This Carpet company was great all around. I had previously used a carpet company that swindled me for 200 dollars to get my carpets cleaned and the next day the carpets still did not look that clean. With Big T's carpet cleaning the price was much lower and I even had extra things cleaned like stairs and closets. The next day the carpets looked very clean. I will use them ALWAYS! Dont be fooled by others. When you find a good company you stick with them and thats what I will do.
