   DR. MANN saved our 9 1/2 year old Rottweiler not once, but twice! We brought him to Dr. Mann with both back legs completely paralyzed and within 24 hours our boy was up & walking!!!! Approx. 2 weeks later our boy was on the brink of death from what Dr. Mann diagnosed as a bacterial infection. Due to Dr. Mann & his wonderful, caring staff our boy pulled out of it and is not only walking, but back to the same old boy he was. I would recommend Dr. Mann to ANYONE who has & loves their pet(s). HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER & A GODSEND!!!!!!!!!! He & his staff showed us so much compassion & care not only for our Bear, but for us also. They were there when we needed them at all times! THANK YOU AGAIN & AGAIN for saving our boy!!!!

   Horrible treatment!: I didn't have the best experience here. I have tried several vets, and when I took my puppy here, the vet tech was clueless and inattentive to details. The vet (not the owner but the other one), didn't even see what the tech wrote on the chart, didn't do a thorough check up, didn't even suggest heartworm preventatives or flea treatments or offer any advice on caring for teeth, what to feed the puppy, etc. Then, when they were doing a fecal test, it took THREE people to take the poor puppy to the back (where I wasn't allowed to watch), and then they proceeded to stick a syringe up the puppy's butt several times. I heard my dog crying from the exam room and stuck my head out to see what was going on, and a rude technician told me I wasn't allowed to see what was happening to my OWN DOG. When I took my other dog to VCA mission san jose near ohlone, the vet there went down a checklist and covered EVERYTHING. She allowed me to watch vaccinations because I requested it and all the treatment was swift and comfortable for the dog. I had to take my second puppy to Aborn only because VCA was booked for that day and i wanted to go ASAP. Aborn only seemed to care about getting through the visit by prescribing some medication, not the wellness of my puppy or my concerns. I was so annoyed because I felt like my time and money was wasted and I had to book a visit to VCA ANOTHER day anyway!

   Great place to take your pet!: I have been taking my do to them for over two years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and always answer my questions. I would always recommend this hospital for anyone looking for a new veterinarian.
