    Mr. Curtice and his staff offer an excellent service. My husband and I joined Simple Fit three months ago. My husband was facing serious health problems and I wanted to lose thirty pounds. I am now at my goal weight and my husband is off his blood pressure medicine. I hope this review will help others to start a new exercise program today. My heart and best wishes go out to the people of Simple Fit—thank you.

    I am fifty-five years old, and living a happier life than previously possible. I have lost nineteen pounds and have a new energetic lifestyle. My husband also signed up. He is now off his blood pressure medicine and lost over forty pounds. I must say we are impressed. I am happy to offer a positive review. Derek is a caring, professional, fitness trainer and business owner. I must say that we were a little intimidated by hiring a fitness trainer, it has been a wonderful experience. The cost is well worth the service and results we are seeing and feeling. The last ten weeks have changed our life.

    My dearest friend referred me to Derek. I am on my own, finally! I absolutely love that I feel healthy and light on my feet. My back pain is gone and I exercise daily. I accomplished more in six months than I did after years of water aerobics classes at the health spa. Derek made sense and I love his mentality, focus, and check ups. I value his lessons, he is an excellent exercise coach and motivator.
