User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible experience! Mailed two letters regular mail to Germany and one letter Priority mail, delivery confirmation. Both letters were returned to me because there was not enough postage on them and now the letter I mailed with delivery confirmation is lost, no record of it! Also, had to pay two extra dollars just to use my visa/debit card. Was not told this and saw no sign indicating this prior to the clerk stamping my letters. Have spoken to the manager twice, who is attempting to make things right, but really this is the USPS. The clerks should know how to stamp mail and mail things correctly. Will not be using this location again!

Awesome customer service. No Line, if there is a line the wait is no longer then 5 minutes. Accurate and quick. Friendly, smart clerks with all the same services as the Wasilla branch. No PO BOXES, though. The wait list is long.
