Yellow Submarine

   My wife and I decided to get an aquarium. The closest place to buy fish is the Yellow Submarine. Excitedly, we both entered the store, chose the fish we wanted, and drove home. I noticed a white patch on the head of one of the fish. Being a first time fish buyer,I did not think much of it. I simply thought it was pigmentation. After about week, the spot had lost its scales and was raw looking. Another day or so and there was a white, cotton-like substance growing where the spot had been. Needless to say, the fish had a fungal infection and died. This would not be so bad but the Yellow Submarine does not guarantee its fish at all! Even Wal-Mart has a 90 day guarantee.
   If that was not bad enough, another fish we bought a day or two after the initial batch died after being in the aquarium overnight. From the evidence on its body, the fish appeared to have hemorragic septicemia. That is two fish out of eight, or 25%! This is totally unacceptable.
   Had I known any better, I would have noticed that the fish were lethargic. I do not reccomend buying any animals from this store. Now I know why they do not guarantee their pets.
