I have had four EL-Nino's there in one sitting, and i was wasted drunk! I have been there a couple times with someone who has six El-Nino's and they were ready to fight. It didn't matter who it was they were ready to throw down. Just don't go over four. lol
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE SERVICE / MANAGEMENT - WON'T GO BACK: The comment the man had about the "dirty trick" made me want to share my experience.
Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer when you eat at this Chili's. It's not going to happen if the wait staff has to lift a finger and come away from their "chit chat" sessions. They will sit you where they want you - regardless of your request and if you protest (Heaven help you) you will be made fun of by the help in the back ( seriously, they will all come out and snicker/sneer while the server points you out and makes comments about you) throughout your meal. This is all accompanied by the server making it clear - non verbally, by stomping around with a scowl on her face, and verbally by making sure everyone in the place hears every word she says. Then, to let you know you have NO say in your eating enjoyment, she will bring the manager (and I use the term manager lightly) out so you can see she is telling him all about what happened. After that, the "manager" will slip out of sight and the server will continue to walk around telling everyone about her experience with you -but now she shoots you a few smug grins just to let you know "even after my manager knows - he couldn't care less". And carryout.....LOL.... that would be another chapter. But just remember this- you may as well just tell them "give me whatever" -because that is what you will get. And don't bother calling the "manager". I do recommend making complaints to their corporate headquarters- at least they listen.
