I think you made a mistake. Its in Saint Michaels not Ganado.
Will go back again: This Dennys is a step above all the other Dennys. The food is good and the prices are very affordable. For the reservation it could be called fine dining. For tourists, it's one very clean, nicely kept establishment with good food.
...till the pumpkin pie: It's a franchise and it looks like any other Denny's except it's on Navajoland mostly served by Navajos. They do have that tacky Navajo loom hanging on the wall near the host's desk.
I had a cheese burger with onion rings and a fresh brewed ice tea. The burger is cooked pretty good with cheese melted all over it with fresh condiments. It's a huge burger, which I like. Tastes excellent.
The onion rings were lacking. There were only 5 or 6 rings to eat. I should have ordered the fries. But, the waitress did bring out my ranch & green tabasco for me to make my concoction for the rings. I order a side of frieds. The tea is fresh and brisk with a big lemon wedge. I easily consume this delicious dinner. My fries come with about 2 bites of my burger left. I still eat my fries. They are pretty good, but they don't taste as good without a burger.
I am happy with my meal and I order the pumpkin pie with a coffee. I get a large cut of pie and a dark coffee. The first bite is nice and warm: delicious. The second bite is the same. The third bite is cold: not room temperature cold, but COLD like it was microwaved warm on the outside and not quite warmed up the middle. That ruined the night. oh well...
