We will never go back: We had been using Capin Car Care Center for over a year very few problems, but on a recent visit where we had our Jeep Liberty detailed they tore the carpet on the driver side floor, with their rotatory air brush. this was done on the 5th of July. We stopped back in when we noticed this several weeks later and visited with the manager and he said that they did not use this kind of equipment on the cars they detailed. My husband observed them at the time and they were using a rotatory brush on the carpet. He said they were not going to do anything about this. I would not recommend them to anyone after this has happened as they do not stand behind there work. The manager in as much applied that I was lying about this incident.
