I adore Dr. Burke. I love the staff. But I will NEVER go here again when Dr. Bishop it working it. He is arrogant, asks a question and won't let you finish answering, treats you like an uneducated twit and is actually uncompassionate and rude to owners. He walks in the room and immediately "takes control" This is a psychological technique that I am familiar with. . . in business and corporations, but not in Dr. -Patient care. Here's a big clue Dr. Bishop. . .In Veterinary Medicine, the OWNER is the patient as much as the animal. If I have an emergency in the future, I will go to another Vet if Bishop is working.

My wife and i had to put our beloved cat down in 2010,Dr Burk was so understanding and compationate with what we were there to do.We were able to spend last minutes with the cat,and the Dr really made the experience a tollerable one.We wish to thank Dr Burk and staff.We have been going there for 9 years.They are the best!
