User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOverall, our family's experience was not a horrible one at Monte Carlo. However, we had a business shirt lost and the owner gave us the run-around for long after it was necessary about paying for the lost item. We literally had to chase this man to finally get what he agreed he owed us, which was less than $50. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, as it seems this owner is not concerned with doing business in an honest manner.
